ISPS Code Part B Section 9 require the identification of restricted areas, access notices and forms of declaration. Part B 16.23 also requires that port facilities show similar identification. ISPS Code 2003 edition and SOLAS amendments comes into force in July 2004 and require certain areas to have restricted access and be identified as such.
