LEVEL METER FOR LIQUEFIED GAS, LM-90D COMPLETE

LEVEL METER FOR LIQUEFIED GAS, LM-90D COMPLETE

IMPA Code: 652775

When radioactive waves pass through a material, the rays are deflected at different speeds based upon the density of volume of liquid in the material which they come in contact with. Liquefied gas level meters use this property to measure the residual level of liquefied gases such as CO2, LPG, and refrigerants in cylinders by releasing minute amounts of CO60 (Cobalt) 99.9 microcuries into the gas and measuring the reaction. These meters are lightweight and portable. The meter and the gas level detector are separated so that the unit can be effectively used in small, narrow spaces. Easy to operate, the weight of liquefied gas inside a cylinder is easily determined with the use of a graph conversion scale.
