A safe, simple non-electronic, reliable tank data system for detecting oil/water interface cargo, dry tank sounding, inert gas sampling, bottom water sampling and interface detection for bottom water. Conforms to IMO requirements MARPOL73/78-15(3)(b) TSPP 7978 Res.A446(XI) Clause 4.4.4. and 6.6. Standard tank data systems comprises of top assembly kit and hermetically sealed valves. Cargo samplers also available. System is suitable for restricted gauging as defined in Chapter 13 Para 13.1.1.2. in IBC code for ships carrying dangerous chemicals in bulk 1994 edition publication IMO-100E.
